The Association of African American Professionals, Inc. (AAAP) is a national non profit organization that helps you create connections between your career and your community, and between your profession and your purpose. As a professional, we meet you where you are - and help you to identify opportunities to serve your community without conflicting with the demands of your career or personal responsibilities.
For more than a decade, the Association of African American Professionals, Inc (AAAP) has worked with the understanding that social issues are often interrelated. Our mission to meet the diverse needs of African American communities involves professionals from all walks of life - working across many disciplines.
Inherent in our work is the reality that issues are connected. Health is related to education and safety of children. Elder Care issues can be related to finances, health and youth issues. AAAP, armed with knowledge and resources of our supporters and volunteers, brings attention and resolutions to societal issues. Whether you're a doctor, lawyer, postal worker, insurance agent, policy maker, educator, or retiree - you can make a difference by working on our Healthy Community Pathways.
